CANCELLATION | NO-SHOW POLICY:

To ensure timely service and respect for our providers, Lexington Prime Aesthetics requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50, charged to your card on file. A 'no-show' (missing an appointment without any notification) will result in a fee of $75, charged to your card on file.  Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.

CARD ON FILE POLICY:

A valid form of payment will be required at the time of booking an appointment. You will not be charged for services until services have been completed. By booking an appointment with Lexington Prime Aesthetics & Wellness, you are agreeing to allow your card to be charged for late or no-show fee.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to acheive the desired outcome, it cannot be guarateed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.  We do not offer refunds on products purchased unless defective and returned within 3 days and may only be exchanged for same product. There are no refunds on gift certificate purchases.
